Not Nice Spice
Well, there's no time like a quarantine to notice your toddler's first cavity. Pay no mind to genuine shock and then panic when every dentist will not examine Chickadee. Naturally that left me to my crunchy crazy mama devices. Not quiet two months later and I'm grateful that we have reevaluated a few things.
While I'm keeping track of everything we're doing to protect and heal her teeth (check out the book Cure Tooth Decay), I had to share this incredible "dessert." We use raw honey to sweeten it, but that can be reduced, replaced or excluded and still taste delicious! I typically give Chickadee her's without honey, but add it to everyone else's mix. Using raw milk makes a HUGE difference. So while you can substitute with any milk or beverage, you'd be missing out!
