Not Nice Spice
EASSSSSY dinners are a mother's godsend. How do I accomplish this? Always keep a spice cabinet full! And then go to town.
Other staples we keep on hand: -Chicken -Fresh gluten free noodles -Lemons -Fresh or minced garlic -Onions I typically follow a recipe and then add a good dose more of herbs. So feel free to enhance the recipe! For sides, I did asparagus (frozen from Trader Joe's) and added a dash of salt after plated. The kids gobble it up when we cut the stalks into inch size pieces. We also had gluten free egg fettuccine noodles (Trader Joe's fresh pasta section). Once the noodles were cooked I divided out a small portion for myself and added Miyoko's Vegan Butter, oregano and sautéed onions and garlic. For Stud and the kids, I did butter, almond milk, salt, oregano, sautéed onions garlic, and topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Everyone was awarded a Clean Plate ribbon!
